Contest Rules & Requirements

Update: The contest entry deadline has been extended until Thursday, Feb. 13 at 11 pm.

We are now accepting entries for our 2020 contests. Current jSTL members can submit entries through our contest portal until Wednesday, February 5 Thursday, Feb. 13 at 11 pm. On the portal page, scroll through the list to find 2020 journalismSTL Contests and then select your school/adviser name to log in. If you cannot remember your login information from last year, send us a message and we’ll reset it for you.

Not a member? No problem! Join here and we’ll include the membership fee with your contest invoice. All contest invoices will be sent after the contest window is closed and judging has begun. Contest results will be available in April.
