All members are welcome to nominate qualified candidates for the executive board. President (or co-president) and Vice President are nominated and elected positions. All other positions are by appointment of the executive board.

To qualify for an office, a candidate must be a teacher/adviser member in good standing and be be placed in nomination by any voting member. Terms of office will begin May 1 of each election year.

The nomination window is open until Sunday, March 26. All nominees will be contacted by the current executive board. Those who accept the nomination will be placed on an electronic ballot that will be sent via email in April.
